The Eastern Africa Province held the annual workshop for leaders (Formators, Community Animators and Provincial Leaders) from March 10th – 12th, 2021. The theme for the workshop was Emotional Maturity for Community Living facilitated by Sheila Beriter Namulekwa (Counselling Psychologist and Trainer). The participants were encouraged to nurture emotional intelligence to enhance leadership in community. They were particularly enlightened to work on the following areas; Self-awareness, Self-regulation, Self-motivation, Empathy and Effective Relationships.
