A group of 8 Sisters went to Taize for an experience of prayer during the Holy Week. Superior General, Sr Pauline Farrugia, Vocation Promoter, Sr Anne Njiinu, and her assistants in vocation promotion, Sr Antoinette Calleja, Sr Antonia Bugeja, Sr Rita Gauci, Sr Shiela Shai, Sr Epiphania Cassar and Sr Victoria Sant went to Taize from Wednesday 23rd March until Monday 28th March, 2016. Their experience included sharing of prayers, and the Liturgy of Mundy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter with the Brothers of Taize and thousands of youth from all over the world. The Sisters also visited the Sanctuary of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in Paray-le- Monial. It is the place where St Margaret Mary Alacoque had visions of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
