Our community in Marino, Italy, just outskirts of the capital city of Italy, Rome, is just two years old. In these two years we have made huge steps to insert ourselves in the new culture, new people and new language.

We form an integral part of St Rita Parish, Cava Dei Selci. In this parish we are actively serving the elderly by visiting them and carrying lovingly Jesus in the blessed sacrament to receive in communion. The elderly look forward for the day when sister visits them together with Jesus.

Sisters are also active in the catechetical field. We animate the catechists and give catholic formation to children. Another very stable and flourishing group is that of Fiamme D’Amore, our lay associates. We meet regularly every month. We reflect and share together. We also organize retreats and relaxing and religious outings together.

Our community is very active in preparing well for our forthcoming main service, meeting the needs of today’s society. In few months time, we hope to inaugurate the service of Asilo Nido, Child day care centre. People around are very much looking forward for the day when we start giving this delicate service. May our presence and the manner of our service to these people of God be the loving heart of Jesus to all those for whom we dedicate our service.
