The preparation for the feast of our dear Superior General, Sr. Pauline Farrugia had begun one month ahead with the intention of offering a spiritual bouquet of prayers. On 9th February, Mellieha community arranged a grand lunch in honour of Mother General for her feast and invited the Provincial Sr. Victoria Sant along her Council and all the superiors of the province.

Then on the actual day of her feast- the Feast of St. Paul’s Shipwreck, Sr. Prassede organised an hour of adoration to pray for the intention of Mother General and in the evening at 5.00 pm a solemn mass was organised in the Provincialate, Fluer de Lys, followed by a small get-together with the sisters in the province. Few of her family members were the special invitees of the evening. Sr. Leena Castelino and Sr. Prassede Farrugia presented the festal greetings and words of appreciation to the Superior General in English and Maltese respectively.

The formees of the Malta Province and the sisters expressed their appreciation and festal greetings to Mother General by singing and dancing. It was a beautiful evening for each one of us.
