On the 29th of June 2022, Srs Pauline Farrugia, Prassede Farrugia, Margherita Busuttil, and Catherine Seychell celebrated the 50th Anniversary(Golden Jubilee) of their First Profession in the Congregation Daughters of the Sacred Heart. The Eucharistic celebration was presided by Rev. Fr. Alex Refalo, in the Chapel of Christ the King Convent, Fleur de Lys. Father Alex in his homily, compared our consecrated life with that of the Eucharistic Consecration and challenged us to be transformed in order to become Eucharist to one another and be broken in our service to others.

Many sisters from Malta, India and E. Africa provinces, Rome, Philippines delegation, 2 nd year novices, aspirants, relatives, and friends were present to share the joy of this special event. The liturgical singing was performed by the 2 nd year novices and Sr Carmelina Farrugia. Young sisters from different cultures also presented their traditional liturgical dances during this celebration. This event was indeed an intercultural experience for our DSH family.
